Sleep quality assessment questionnaire

To dream is to live. But do you really sleep well?

Sleep is much more than just rest: it is the key to your well-being, balance, and daily performance. Yet, many people are unaware of its quality.

Elite supports you in your quest for restful nights. Inspired by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) — a self-assessment tool developed in 1989 by experts from the University of Pittsburgh and scientifically validated — this quiz will help you measure the subjective quality of your sleep.

The version presented here includes personalized recommendations based on the expertise of Dr. José Haba-Rubio (sommeil.ch), a recognized specialist in sleep medicine, to help you identify potential sleep disorders.

Before you begin:

The following questions focus solely on your sleep habits over the past month. For an accurate assessment, answer sincerely, based on your experiences from the past few days and nights.

11.

loud snoring
